A German engineer with a sense of humor? Cam chains, pads and tensioners at the back of an Audi RS4 V8 engine. Chains don’t break , but tensionsers and blocks wear out. $2,000 in parts alone...plus labor. Hmmm...pull engine or drop tranny.
